Dr. Libby Metka grew up in the Cincinnati area and earned both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!).
While swimming for OSU, she met her husband, Kevin, an OSU tennis player. Prior to Mission Vet Medical Center, Dr. Metka worked in mixed animal practice as well as small animal general practice and urgent care. She has a special interest in surgery, dentistry, and dermatology.
Outside of work, Libby enjoys spending time with her son, traveling, boating with friends, family, and her dog, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
